Monty - The Mascot
I'm a cider coloured Wirehaired Vizsla who had a penchant for apple when I was a wee boy in Cheshire. I help retriving lost apples when they roll of the press.
Sandy - Cidermaker
In 2010 I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/ME and one of the common side effects is gluten intolerance. Nevermind being completelty bed bound for 6 months, I couldn't even drink beer! So amongst many other changes I started to replace beer for cider. This does however appear to have snowballed slightly, having set up this business with Monty.
The ME Association
Provides support, research, advice and a helpline for the community of people affected by ME/CFS
We donate 10% of profits to The ME Association. As mentioned above it is something very close to my heart and I had always envisaged giving a portion of profits to the charity. Over time I hope we can increase the amount we give as a percentage of our profits and thus whole amount.
