This year we are providing a tasting test for all by providing both yeast fermented cider and wild fermenated cider. Do let us know which you prefer.

Our Process

Tree to mouth

We pick up our apples from Hereford and locally from people like you. Please click 'Learn more' if you are interested in getting your apples into our cider.

Everything gets washed and rinsed.

Individual varieties into the Mill.

Load up our hydropress to get the juice.

Place each variety in its own vessel, sulphite as required and let it ferment.

Bottle up and serve after a maturing process of many months.
