Session cider with a taste of Cheshire Apples
6.5% 500ml
Delicious and sweet keeved cider.
We pick up our apples from Hereford, Worceshire and Cheshire. Please click 'Learn more' if you are interested in getting your apples into our cider.
Everything gets washed.
Individual varieties are put into the Mill.
Our hydropresses get the juice out.
We place each variety in its own vessel, sulphite as required and let it ferment for many months.
Bottle up and serve after a maturing process of again many months.
